Sales Director

Revenue assurance and EBITA measures have become a part of daily activity in his business life. Achievement of targets and driving strategies, have over the years allowed him to actively grow Gross Margin as per budgetary requirements. As the current Sales Director for the organization, his role extends to other parts of Africa, heading up sales for Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Botswana. He has over the last three been successful in achieving the Budgeted financials as well as growing the Channel footprint by means of new acquisitions / onboarding. Revenue responsibility is currently at R2 000 000 00.00($150M) per annum, which has been successfully achieved over the years. Growing from R1 000 000 00.00($65M) per annum.

Company is family owned and limited opportunity for growth. Culture is driven by individuals with motives to look after individual wealth only, they do not have a good program for staff.

Ewan has over 20 years of IT experience, and is an honest, diligent, reliable employee. He started off as a developer, and quickly branched out into an ERP system specialist with administrator level SQL experience. Excellent Learning Curve

Good working environment Work of the is too much, need focus and attention,co-worker are best team mates , i loved working with them enjoyed every task assigned to us. Epicor access control. I enjoyed prepping laptop for new starters, Data base control, web filtering "k9" The Most challenging aspect of job assigned to me was moving server from data center to our head office

A great place to learn and leave. This is not a company you can establish your career in or grow in.

There is a great opportunity to be hands on and work however there is no effective commuication in the company and the pay is not going to be good unless you negotiate it well from the onset. The people are amazing.

Pros: Great hands-on work experience
Cons: Tons of workload and low pay and lack of communication
