Working as a Consultant

Currently we are full steam ahead with initiatives to successfully implement said objectives Day to day functions are structured and objectives are clear I have a good relationship with my co-workers During my time here I have obtained extensive knowledge around divestiture, migration of data and so forth I am a Generalist and enjoy and can adapt to any Program or Project need Most challenging aspects would be to combine the multitude of requirements into a single objective

Pros: Wide Scope and opportunity
Cons: Long Working Hours (Not a problem though, used to it by now and committed)

Consulting

Working in consulting has exposed me to various roles, industries and companies. A typical day varies alot based on being client based or in the office. Usually work long hours and because as a billable resource you need to account for you time and deliver valuable deliverables.

Pros: great exposure to various industries
Cons: poor renumeration

Cucumber js

My second year with the company i gained a lot of knowledge, skills and experience in both Manual and Automation Testing ,as the company appointed QA Lead, so we had to do our automation with Cucumber js from Protractor, we had back to back meetings with QA Lead just to build a relationship and get understanding of of core testing, the most challenging aspect of the job is having to do reggration testing and find that we had left some defects, or some defects appeared after the build, then it will apppear to our Lead like we not doing what is expected of us to do, regardless of all that our testing team was always on time with developers

Excellent learning curve

Never a boring day, something new to learn every day. Worked as a team and willing to go that extra mile when required.....e.g. working weekends. Got on excellent with my fellow workers. Always willing to help wherever and whenever required...e.g. meeting monthly deadly lines. I am an adaptable person, hence am and was willing to take on challenges.
