I able to track the progress of the Job, do weekly report and monthly reports to the client, do financial report and curves, discipline the employees when they abscond from work, be a fumigator when there are differences between the employees. I am able to do the site quality inspections on each and every activities.

Pros: great opportunity to be a contract manager
Cons: i am willing to work long hours

The understanding between us(employees) & respect they had towards me really made my works very easy

Being at Afdav was very good, it's a company that every body would like to be,ever since I , I learnt a lot with them, the understanding of construction techniques and of couse6 management skills.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working for the company, the environment is good for working. A typical day involves working on VO's , checking subcontractors work on site, advising foreman on daily activities, updating the working programme and supervising juniors

Pros: Working with great team
Cons: Long working hours
