I have learned the tcf modules which is treating custoner fairly
My typical work day it was when I took other funds from another co-worker at last minutes of the due day -it was good to work with my coworkers even if they were not working as a team,I manage to put them together to see were the team can go. I enjoy working with number or money and the big amounts of pensions and provident and withdrawal benefits of the peoples. I have learned to do the financial statements and cash flow,year ends and admin reports. The most challenging aspects is when you have to do the benefits statements of the clients,admin reports,year ends and data processing of pensions and provident funds on the system.

Go Getter
A typical work day would be to make everyone happy and to make their jobs easier . I a close relationship with all my co-workers . I have learnt many things most of which I taught myself. What I enjoy is helping everyone . Challenging is that I did not get the opportunity to move forward due to me be excellent at my job and who else would help them the way I do.

Excellent Growth
I run new businesses and existing businesses quotes; My good communication skills have helped me to build and maintain good relationships with my colleagues. I have learned advanced excel skills in analyzing data for big and small schemes. I like doing calculations my self rather than allowing a system to run calculations for me, I like working on excel with raw data. My current job is so challenging and interesting at the same time, as we need to send out quotes on time and quote competitive rates to win the business.
Pros: I have experience a speedily growth since I joined the team, I am working as a Senior Pricing Analyst.
Cons: Sending out a lot of quotes under pressure from the consultants.

A good companyto work for
A challenging working environment as we are from different culture, from different family's, my work need focus clear mind to concentrate on a daily basis. my relationship it is very good, acceptable, loving, caring strict where I supposed to be. I have learnt how to deal with people according to whom they are and what they have and talk at the right time where it necessarily. The moment I enjoy most is when we go out with the team where we discuss our work target, challenge and have tea together every one will be able to take out what ever bothered them for the weak or month with our boss. the most challenging aspect of my job it is when our target is behind where we will be having no more time but to make show by the end for the day that is given it must be reached regardless how and how difficult is going to be with a sacrifice of not having lunch seating at my desk don't want to be disturbed nor talk to anyone except what I will be doing.
Pros: yes hard working independet no need of supervison able to lead the team and give solution to the team even the management, mentor also.

I have an excellent relationship with co-workers, am a dedicated and hard worker. I enjoy every aspect of my job and feel good when we as a team have achieved our deadlines and targets. The most challenging part of my job is during busy periods when we work long hours to meet deadlines. I work long hours when necessary and now supporting a team of 8 people and definitely do not think that my salary is market related. There are other PA's supporting only two to three people. I have over 15 years experience as a PA and believe that I am currently being exploited.
