It was a learning curve but not challenging enough
The internship did not offer me the expirenice to develop skills inline with my desired career ,it did not challenge me enough .I enjoyed doing my job at first until it became a routine with very little promise for growth ,maybe I am too ambitious or I was just not placed in the right set . Even an uneducated person could do the duties I was expected to do with minimal training .I am glad I had the expirenice and I gave everything I did there my best but I need something more challenging .

Exellent career path
Well spoken ,skilled and Qualifications .I am a sell-starter and able to act on own initiative and demonstrated drive as well as determination. Excellent communication both (written and spoken ) and presentation skills.Confident,tact and a persuasive manner. Good people skills for working with a range of colleagues,clients,partners and suppliers .

It's a good company to work for and the culture is good. Good learning opportunities and there is movements within the company. There is a lot activities that 1can engage in personally.

Client Liaison Officer
Duties & Responsibilities Responding to Complaints logged by Members via Alexander Forbes Website, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Hello Peter), PFA (Pension Fund Adjudicator), Escalations from the Client services contact centre, Executives (CEO, MD, Department heads), Inbound Telephone Calls. I enjoy being the voice of the Member and investigating and resolving their complaint. Challenges include emphasising with the Member and not taking the Complaint personally.
Pros: Being in direct contact with the relevant Administration to resolve Complaints
Cons: Not having sufficient staff

I have learned so much in my years as an administrator and also builded up great experiences
I am a early bird I tent to get more done early in the morning and love to structure and plan my day. I am a peoples person and love to work in a team as no man is an Island. I adapt well to change and has learned to embrace change. I work well under stress and always love to go beyond the call of duty.
Pros: I always end up being a team leader due to drive and work ethics
Cons: I canm do long hours but prefer to statrt earlier then leaving late
