Excellent

I really enjoy working with a company as the company do different types of scope of work which means new challenges everytime , especially when it comes to installation I always face new challenges in most of the the project. Sometimes it is difficult because I work in different projects with different employees that have different attitude, some of them still Young and not familiar with the Occupation standard so I have to keep emphasizing the importance of Safety. Competent is one of the issues I normal face challenges on when in comes to management stuff is changing regularly find supervisor without not complying to the construction regulation 8.(7) but their experience is good and they know what they doing but the competency is not accepted.

Pros: Opportunity to grow with the company
Cons: Long hours
