Excellent learning curve

Our company is an over seas brand which sells high fashion shoes for everday and casual purposes.We cater for both male and females young and old. A typical day at work is opening the store,having morning meetings and discussing store figures and budgets,doing housekeeping,maintaining the store throughout the day,doing visual merchandising,answering emails and telephone,helping customers on the sales floor and cashing up at the end of the day. I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues as I am easy going and friendly ,trustworthy,transparent and a team player. I have learnt to think quickly and on my feet and gained the experience of working with people across all cultures as well maintaining customers.The thing i enjoy most about my job is the fact that I interact with a lot of people on a day to day basis and enjoy the thrill of solving customer issues and simply satisfying there needs.

Hard worker

Great team player, love working with people assisting to their needs, i learnt how to manage time and work efficiently. I have experience working with clients from overseas.i enjoyed working with with my co workers and alao as a team. We always reach to archive to daily/monthly target.

Working at Aldo was amazing a great learning curve.

Currently I work at Pirl de Toro and it has been great. I found out of strengths about myself that I never knew existed. My coworkers are great people there’s never a dull moment with them. My experience here has been amazing I learned and leveled up on skills . I got really good with admin which I was asked to take care of since I’m excellent with.

Excelling my customer service

I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasant, assertive manner. Good at problem solving skills, I am able to handle a high workload, am results orientated with a good acumen. My skills along with a strong sense of professional integrity have contributed significantly to my Past achievements. Over time I have learned to be both efficient and diplomatic and can handle a number of different tasks at the same time.

A journey: A Learning curve

I started working for this company in 2018 November as a casual. I got promoted as a permanent sales assistant in January 2019. I have learnt so much about dealing with customers and building relationships & to always be kind. Worked with the best team. I enjoy doing admin work and pushing sales to reach budget. Challenges occur when we trade badly because of circumstances beyond companies control but we always try harder regardless.

No growth

At Aldo I see that the business runs smoothly on a day to day basic staff and store sales are being met, store needs to be clean everyday, see if staff serving good customer service, check that the business is running operationally that all OHSA checks are inline shrinkage and stocktaking ect in a weekly as well as all admin is upto date and correct as I audit the files weekely. The reason I would like to leave Aldo is that I’m not gonna grow to be a regional manager because Cape Town region only has 1 regional manager and his not leaving anytime soon.

Good company

Working with co-workers is a breeze. A typical day at work 8:30am start do morning admin and reports and send to regional manager,clean & mop the shop, tidy the shelves, replenish if necessary and get ready to make money.I enjoy making sales and also helping customers picking the perfect shoe and bag to with it for a special occasion or just to spoil herself.Targets are sometimes a challenge but we always push through and achieve it
