I have loved working at ALCM however my contract is coming to an end soon

I have been the individual keeping relations on the up and up at the National Department of Public works. My typical day at work is to organize meetings with the NDPW team as well as the ALCM team. I will take minutes in the meeting, fix the minutes before sending them out. Then follow up with our team as to how far we are with the deliverable's for the week and if there are challenges assist the team with escalating set challenges or providing working solutions to the issues. I run the daily stand up team meeting and also plan and execute our Friday team building events. I really love bringing the team together and being the glue that helps the steam stick together.

Pros: I learnt so much about being in a private company and still following Governments processes to get things done.
Cons: once this project I will have to wait till the next one till I am in my element again.
