Excellent Learning Curve

Excellent customer service. I have a very good relationship with clients. I am switchboard as well as interacting individually with client queries and issues they experiencjng with their accounts. I capture efts and add or remove debit orders. attend to forex queries and rates. do relief telling. I hope my qualifications are taken into consideration.On a daily basis we have constructive reviews of policies and procedure amongst colleagues and Co workers. very good communication levels between staff and management. the most challenging is to come from a commercial environment and now change that liberal way with clients and deal differently. regards

Pros: Small branch very little growth opportunities
Cons: very rarely do we work extended hour's

Excellent company to be employed at.

The Albaraka employee experience is amazing. I am proud to be a part of the team. We a fast growing bank. Whilst i would enjoy more responsibilities in my dept I also understand that we are a smaller institute and things take time. Our executives and managment team is very approachable. They are open to innovative ideas and due recognition is given where deserved.

Growth

I have learnt alot in previous and current hr and payroll positions and I wouldlike to grow and share this knowledge and skill to another company as I have reached my peak in position and knowledge at the bank. There is no growth potential.
