Great experiance

A TYPICAL WORK DAY i was the assistant driver delivering bread to various places around pretoria it was a great experience . MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS i had a great relationship with the driver who i was working with good communication and achieve set goals THINGS I HAVE LEARNED i have gained a lot of experience because i know many place that were delivering on and others and learned how to be a sales person THINGS THAT I HAVE ENJOYED the hole stuff that i was working with they were so professional at all times teach guiding and giving tips of how to overcome a problems at workplace THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF THE JOB there was a pressure of selling out all stock inside the truck

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day at Albany is very hectic at times going out to the store to do call cycles. Though I love it because it's adventurous at times. What I enjoy the most is when we do events (Promobile) where we have to interact with the consumer directly and do give ways.

A good learning curve

Working at Albany bakery we attend meeting, submit daily report . Plan production and conduct traceability of the ingredients, conduct invocom sessions with the employees I allow every person to have their own opinions and I hane learnt that people are different and I have to accommodate each of them, what enjoy the most is being able to meet deadlines and be able to supply other bakeries with stock. The most challenging aspect of the the job is when having a break down where by I won't be able to to produce enough stock.

Pros: I get a chance to learn more thing about the job I do and gaining knowledge how to manager a department and being able to enteract with people
Cons: Is when I work long hours and have no time for myself and family just to reach the deadline.

Good environment to gain experience

I have only been at my work place for 8 months now but i have gained so much knowledge about the entire industry, as well as of various departments within the organisation.

Passionate with working with people

we distribute products in different stores around the whole of Johannesburg, we work with fast moving consumer goods(FMCG) I AM A SALES REP, i see 16 customer everyday, i merchandise there shops as i do trade visits. we work with sales targets,products distribution.i work well with my co workers but the field we are in, we just meet in the morning for meetings and when we have team buildings. with my current work i have leaned that planning is very important,and you need to be self-driven to meet your targets. meeting different people everyday and making sure that i am making then happy with meeting there needs. monthly targets are the most challenging aspect in our field because if you don't meet your monthly target you wont get paid incentives

Basic

I learn nothing new always the same job. I dont have a relationship with co workers as they are not interested. I fix the machines and make sure everything runs well. I enjoy working with my hands.

Good work life

I work a contract job and I am looking for a permanent option. The company is an excellent environment to gain new experience but the lack of a permanent position forces me to look elsewhere

Semi skill fitter

Work at Albany bakery as a fitter maintain and repair of machines olso work on pneumatics air cylinders and air valve banks and repair of cylinders. work on sensors and proxy's connect 3 face motors and single face motors did plant inspection and plant preventive maintenance on a weekly basis fault finding and rapair of machines on limit time to avoid damages and time lost on production , safety housekeeping and teamwork work on job cards and work under pressure work alone and with a team. Hard working person treat other people the way I want to be treated respect others. Respect of management

It's a challenginging working experience where one must have action plans daily

Working as a team,know your daily plans and what will be your action,what the customer expect from you,lead by example,learn to resolve customers issues on daily basis.Whats challenging is poor lack of communication to the team,information comes late,no sense of urgency,lack of people Management.
