Balancing two positions all in a day

Always about focusing on increasing revenue and publicity to the foundation and radio. With our big trade fair approaching in December all departments are hands on to make it a huge success again. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues and utmost respect for all, irrespective of their positions and in return I get respect back and team effort without any hassles. I enjoy the people that I meet daily. The environment is happy and creative. Something different to the rigid corporate environment. I learnt that hard work pays off and always have good work ethics to gain respect from colleagues.Always try to maintain a positive attitude. Most challenging job is getting my Directors to approve and sign off proposals. At times it is challenging to get sponsors due to the economic crisis our country is in so have to push a little harder to get companies to come on board.

Excellent work experience

I have learned about media advertising as well as coordinating large events. I avail myself to assist all the departments, sales, radio advertising, social media and increase revenue in our shop. Daily marketing is an ongoing criterion for me and finding ways to promote our business to the public. Since I am one of the Senior staff I make it my duty to assist other staff members and motive them. The creative environment we work in makes it exciting and enjoyable. At present due to the pandemic, the major challenge is to sign up new business.
