Great opportunity early in my career

63km drive to the office. A warm reception from everyone in the office. A full day lays ahead, all of which will result in satisfying a client an fulfilling his/her financial growth and business aspirations. Helter skelter, new calls for business, vetting and verifying, fulfilment of duties, reporting to management/EXCO, responding to queries, breaking client's hearts, pacifying staff, squeezing in a lunch break before losing a pants size, and meeting the day's objectives... Whehw... at 17h00, the pleasurable feeling of having used both side of my brain almost to combustion state. Leave for home in a comfy company car... leave work for the next pleasure in life... my family.

Pros: Great feeling or satifaction on the back of confidence placed in me by the executives of the business
Cons: soooooo far away, and hopefully furthe gowth to be shaped.

Most wonderful company to start my career with.

Truly a great experience working for the bank. Wonderful learning curve. This was a good place to start my career. The amount of knowledge you attain simply from attending to clients needs. Learning never stops. There is constant support from colleagues and supervisors.

Pros: Wonderful environment. Opportunity to upskill. Ongoing training. Exposure to clients within multiple risk brackets. Good exposure for providing excellent customer service
Cons: Working on Saturdays

Colluegs get regular traning and an further there careear while working

Working at al barka bank was very great experiance everday you learn something new from ifrent departments legal\ arreas /wills credit ect had excellent work relationship will colluges there is always ups and downs at any corprate ompany

Cons: lota clients to see to follow ups to be done
