Excellent learning curve

It's a lovely environment, the employees are very friendly and helpful. I have learnt to work together as a team and I enjoy doing color matching. The challenging part about the job is not being able to finish a color match on time.

Pros: Great opportunity for exposure
Cons: Not getting bonus as a trainee
