Job description

Day to day with clients, servicing meters, meter reading , disconnection of illegal electricity, repair and replace meters. Making a solid reputation and great relationship with clients so it can be easily to work with them since well metering happening monthly. Learning how to approach client in terms of trusting that we legitimate and make sure that they comfortable around us.most enjoyable part is working peacefully with clients and reach target and doing excellent job. Challenge is when client have illegal connection and fight with you when you try to fix it and you client think you are a thief we want to break their house. It waste our time end up no reach target because we have to take long to win their trust
