Excellent learning curve

a busy workplace that needs professionalism and telephone adequacy with computer literacy .relationship with co workers is very friendly and your send home.i have learned to that you accept any change and a lot of managerial skills with team work.i enjoy most engaging with clients and problem solving and delegating.most challenging aspects in my job is inadequacy of stock and difficult clients.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working with people , solving problems, I order medication for patients everyday from our retail Pharmacy, I enjoy it as I learn different types of medications and generics,communicating with doctors allowing different generics that are available, working with nurses making sure that their patients have correct medication and will last for 7 days.i work very closely with co-workers as they like my knowledge around generics and side effects and purpose of the medication.most challenging aspects of the job is when pharmacist do not have different substitute for medication and not delivering medication on time and lack of communication amongst them with nursing staff

Pros: Good working hours
Cons: Low opportunity for promotion
