Great learning curve

Its an exciting company to work for with very friendly and helpful team of young energetic people. There is a lot of overseas travel opportunities as we do have other factories in Thailand and China so I get to visit these twice a year. Most challenging stuff is the deadlines when we ship products for production at our overseas factories. We deal with complex designs and engineering stuff and our design capabilities get tested. I do enjoy designing products though and especially prototyping product with my hands I love being hands on the job.

Pros: Great working opportunities
Cons: There is racism in the company i.e. Europeans and Americans are treated better
