Excellent in communication skills and ability to build good working relationship

I strive for continued excellence and always going the extra mile. I am self-motivated, hardworking and always willing to assist others or users. I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all Customers. I have the ability to learn new skills easily and adapt to new Environment. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new opportunities / challenges as and when needed.

Growth

Cover letter I'm responsible for processing of quotations and sales orders. I follow up on delivery to ensure that we meet we our customer's requested delivery date. It's a high pressured job especially when an aircraft is grounded and spares are needed urgently to get it flying since most of our spares come from France. I get along well with my co workers, as well as my customers. I have customers outside our country and it is very interesting working with them as they pose a different challenge compared to our local clients. My workload is high but having done this job for some time I have learned to plan better and to prioritize. My manager is not a micro manager, she lets me make decisions and be independent, up to a certain level. I therefore manage my accounts independently which has made me grow in this position.

Excellent Learning curve

Dear madam/ sir My typical work day within the aviation industry is different as there are always different tasks to carry out which is a great learning experience. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues is good as we work very well together. They environment that I work in is a good environment as there is always room for learning from your mistakes. I have learnt a lot especially with in planning that it is always important to plan as well as prioritise what you do. I have learnt how to manage and work on projects. I am enjoying everything as I have learnt lot as well as enjoyed the challenges that comes along. The most challenging would be always be accurate as well as dealing with customers that not from south Africa and this way I have learnt to interact and learn about different cultures and values
