Excellent

I rose through all ranks in aviation under the airforce of Zimbabwe. I am well versed in aviation, training, security and safety under aviation. I am a holder of 14 certificates and diplomas under the aviation ground. Will be happy if am as well employed under aviation as it enhances my aviation knowledge and makes my work easier.

Working in the AFZ is good. You get all the training and knowledge you need to be able to lead, motivate and team play. You learn from your mistakes and mistakes of others. You train locally and at universities of your choice. Team work and cross functional teams formed especially during flight safety teams and attachments to other civilian organisations such as Air Zimbabwe. The most challenging thing is generally to convince your superiors that they need to change certain work ethics.
