Excellent learning curve. Challenging but doable.
Challenging industry yet good for le. Great working environment, easy to build and maintain relationships. Faced great challenges during Covid-19 and led to workers not getting paid including myself. arning.

At my work place I have a very good relations with co-workers and I am working very hard, the only challenge is that I am not in the related field and there is no growth

I am looking my task manager and training my staff members. All things are needed to do for the day. And I have a good relationship with my CO worker. And I learn from them some good stuff and I am using it when is necessary.. I'm enjoying the most. The challenges is that Who don't want the change in their lives.

Very Good Industry, with excellent staff
We are a Inflight Service Industry that operates from 06:00am till 22:00pm. We emphasize team work to our employees and only strive for excellence, with the good relationship we have it leads to a smooth production. What I enjoy most is working in the kitchen with energetic people. I've learnt a lot of things from Airchefs. eg:, Engaging with suppliers, Using SAP system, Smart time payroll system, HACCP protocols within the organisation of food Supply Chain. Managing Staff that is more than 500.

I worked for air chefs
Air chefs is a catering company that serves SAA with catering in every SAA flight... When I was employed I was told that we gonna make R9500 but when we working that all went wrong they didn't do what they told us we tried to tell hem but it never helped then some people were unfairly dismissed
