Excellent learning curve

I have been with the company for more than 7 years. In the beginning it was very challenging but then I got used to the environment. There is no room for growth and development and management is very insecure when it comes to sharing information. This is a concern to me because I have drive but not given the opportunity to grow. My relationship with confidence workers is very healthy but management lacks people skills and don't want to grow the staff.the most challenging aspect of my job is working under a manager who doesn't value staff

Cons: Mo opportunity for growth
