I'm exposed to lot of company policies I've attended various training for both the company and my benefits, e.g Intro to payroll Professional behavior around the work place and outside the company as the AIDC ambassador Minutes taking and to conclude the final version of the minutes which accepted the tracking changes of all managers that have a different wording.

The company is doing a good job by developing the youth and teach them other office related issues

My relationship with co-workers * Mind-set of the organisation – for the organisation, *Fairness for all – one set of rules, and *Take accountability for your actions, we don't point finger, we are able to take calculated risk. What I have learnt *Respect each other. *Learnt companies shared values *The procedure of compiling incident report. *How to raise an NCR. What I enjoy most *Working hand in hand with all my managers’. *Am learning more than what I studied for. Challenges There are no major challenges as am willing to take calculated risk. It’s not a permanent post.

Pros: Hign chances of getting the ISO 9001 certificate for the company.
Cons: Its not a permanent post.

Excellent skills development

AIDC is a company with a good reputation to which one will really appreciate to work for forever. I am happy working with such a history leadership industry. During my typical workday I am responsible in checking my managers email and liaise to her calendar. Review my to-do list from yesterday, prioritize my list for today, receiving inbound calls of a campaign ( Fix your business), Sort through my e-mail, delete worthless messages, respond to my emails, Sort out those that require more time or extra work to answer, move them to my to-do list. Since this is my most productive time of day I try to tackle my most demanding project. In between all of this I'll answer the phone and deal with the immediate needs of managers and co-workers. I enjoy being in the office with my screen liaising with my work. The most challenge aspect of my Job is when I am at the contact centre and received a call from a difficult client

Pros: an opportunity to become manager one day
Cons: Overtime with no extra salary

Excellent company to work at and learn something new daily.

The organisation has expedited economic growth within the automotive sector by partnering with key stakeholders such as industry leaders, government, and non-government agencies, among others. The AIDC is the best company to work for when you still want to learn but not good when you want to move a level up in your career

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: No opportunity for promotions

Self driven

Currently I am looking to join an exciting and ambitious organisation such as yours; therefore I would like to arrange an interview with you so I can explain in more detail the contribution I can make to your company. I appreciate you taking the time to review my credentials and I would like to thank you for your time and consideration. A typical working day in my current organisation is always busy since we deal with different customers so the is always tight deadlines. My relationship with co-workers is good as we always work in teams. I have learnt to work with people of different ages and personalities and getting exposure in my field of study. I enjoy doing my work giving all my best to it and working with team members. Challenges involve lack of support from management, poor communication and different characters of people. Yours sincerely Zoko Sive sivezoko@gmail.com

Pros: Working under pressure
Cons: Short tempered

Excellent learning curve

I learn lot of things in my company and they gave me a platform to learn and give the great feedback. they are the best company because they give opportunity for us to learn. The working relationship is good and they are caring loving and willing to help where you don't understand. I have learned so much I learn how to race purchase order, how to send request for quotations, how to create checklist, flight bookings, sundry payment, calculation of tenders, how to check suppliers on csd with national treasury, updating data on the system. receiving rfq from the suppliers. the most challenging aspect about the job is that you have to learn and know lot of things and always do your job 100% and not overworked yourself because you will end up mixing things .

Pros: i am an intern
Cons: normal working hours

Excellent learning curve

The AIDC company its a great company to work for. My typical work day its getting to work early and start work. If its payroll week I start with employees hours . My co-workers are the best especially my manager, they showed me love and appreciation. I have learnt that it doesn't matter how old you are, respect is a requirement. I enjoyed my time in the company and the department that I'm in (Payroll). The most challenging aspect is getting everything for all companies done on done, but I love challenges and I did everything according to the schedule.

Pros: Its a great development centre
Cons: no permanent
