Pros: Diagnosis, growth for technologists but not for scientists, salary good, people are good as well

Easily to adapt into change

As a data capturer I capture all the data from hard copy to relevant programme. I compile the weekly reports of all the work done. Attending meetings and training for the development of new data capturing strategies and tools. Correcting errors appears during the process of capturing and reporting the advanced to the seniors.

Pros: gaining lot of experience
Cons: working under pressure
