I didn't know how to work on Pastel got the oppotunity.

I use to work as a Team leader or supervisor in the banking industry and to come and work in the private sector at a factory in the finance department it was a huge difference. I learnt to do financials and work how to deal with customs and so much more. I have direct access to deal with the workers in the factory. I have to deal with the banks now as a customer and could see how frustrating it is, where as before while I was working for the bank I didn't realize it all the time. A typical work day is to first check our banking accounts and check your emails for important information and there onwards make a list of work that needs to be done. The most challenging aspects is to sit with the director discussing the cash flow, because we all are human and different backgrounds.

Pros: Earning a salary.
Cons: No opportunity for promotion.

Determination

I definitely learned most of things working as a group and as an individual that worked on my favour as time goes on. I also learned to co-operate and socializing with one another, employees and customers including management. That's what worked on my favour, because it showed humbling yourself was a good strategy to work with people.

Cons: As was working you sometimes get tired, especially when working shifts and had to dedicate myself though it's hard.

Excellent learningship more stable company want to grow with the company

I am I am a self motivated person working in the clothing and textiles industry for more than 20 years I am looking for a new challenge and to improve the company ai am going to work for

Pros: Self motivated punctual hard-working able to adept and is able to work with co worker's
Cons: Not able to say no to challenge

Production driven company make sure daily production target's are being met on daily basis

Our company manufacturers blankets and comforters the company shrunk by more than half of what it was 5 years ago this means that all employees must take on more than one dutie to accomplish the company vision ro obtain and secure more orders for the future

Cons: Company not stable
