Agro Mills is a great company to gain experience and to have multiple responsibilities in a company, to learn how to run a company and be a part of the whole of the company

Pros: Great experience gained, good hours
Cons: short staffed, management procedure and authority needed, small "family business", no growth

Excellent learning curve

Learned alot by working here, unfortunately in a small company there is little to no promotion opportunities. As a small company we have to take on extra work as it is a small team running the business. |No further learning etc done through the company. I have ideas and insights of how to further grow the business etc but it is not always heard even when voiced. I have more to offer than what I am currently doing at the company

Pros: Great working experience and learning curve
Cons: No further promotion, company might close or be sold
