I worke as a Data Capturer at AgriSETA where I performe Administrative tasks. Through my experience at AgriSETA, I learned to work as an integral member of a team, and maintained the highest standards of professionalism. I have also developed my computer skills, becoming familiar with company database and improved my typing skills. I have a strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional manner, and an excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Microsoft Office Outlook.

Pros: I am currently working (Internship) as a Data Capture in Skills Planning at Agricultural Sector Education and Training Authority (AgriSETA). I gain more experience in this company. Even if I find anything irritating, I try to it unless it personally affects me.
Cons: I constantly keeping the tab of my assigned work with my sub-ordinates and seniors finishing the assigned job before deadlines.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

If you get better options you must never come here.In all the years interns have been coming here,females have been made permanent and guys are always let go.If the task requires printing or typing its for a female,if it requires lifting things then call a guy intern to do it.People only get respected according to their titles.

Pros: NO PROMOTIONS,JUST A BUNCH OF OLD PEOPLE WHO FEEL THREATENED BY NEW PEOPLE.ONLY NICE LOOKING FEMALES GET PROMOTED
Cons: POOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

DO NOT COME HERE,IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TOLERANCE .IT IS A PLACE THAT WILL DRAG YOUR SPIRIT DOWN DUE TO THE OFFICE POLITICS AND MISTREATMENT OF GOOD PEOPLE .

Pros: NO PROMOTIONS,JUST A BUNCH OF OLD PEOPLE WHO FEEL THREATENED BY NEW PEOPLE.ONLY NICE LOOKING FEMALES GET PROMOTED
Cons: YOU WILL GET ASKED TO DO STUPID THINGS,LIKE BEING AT RECEPTION WHILE THE RECEPTIONIST IS OUT RUNNING HER PERSONAL ERRANDS DURING WORK HOURS.

Good Quality Assurance Department

I would not advise any person looking for internship experience outside Quality Assurance to go there.I have seen other interns cry because of bad treatment .

Pros: Valuable experience
Cons: No chance of being permanent,unless you might be female

Great learning experince

The company requires someone who is patient and can handle pressure, the people are welcoming and very helpful.I have learnt the whole cycle procedure for making payments and to handle admin.

Pros: Great opportunity for acquisition of finance skills
Cons: Long hours
