EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP SKILLS

I can work independently, can handle the difficult employee, promote team work and provide the healthy leadership towards other employees. I have learnt to be friendly towards customers and colleagues, I enjoy meeting the deadlines at the earliest times with good achievements. I am very hard working person and can work under pressure also work overtime to catch up on the other responsibility that may been left unattended due to colleagues illness.

EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Promote team spirit among the employee , very supportive and sympathetic to colleagues and staff under my supervisor. Encourage development of staff. Assess staff for training needs.Have been working independently from 2009 till current where I am the head of institution consisting of 17 illiterate employees

Good lerning curve

The typical working days are Monday to Friday .also my relationship with my colleagues is very good and well enjoyable. I have learn many thing about procurement process and procedures and delegations of authority. The most thing that I really like is to work a very active team and very communicating team members with respect to each other regardless of the age or wealthy or position. The most challenging of the is that im not earning and it is a contract for twelve months

Pros: less oppotunities for promotions
Cons: we are working 8 hours

Every year year job opportunities provided.

Under recruitment daily job is well sometimes little bit challenging. It also good under HRS(Human resource Services) section to learn different works rotationally. We also feel motivated when working as a team and productive.

Pros: there is more opportunities for internships in a guarantee that they can be employed permanantly
Cons: thare is no inspiration to be productive when working alone because of lack of supervision.

I learn too much

My working days its Monday to Friday. The relationship between me and my colleagues is very good. I have learnt a lot respect of each other and working behaviour and working with a team and also adoption to changes. I enjoy to work with a team that do care with other peoples job and peaceful team players working with motivating attitude. The really change that I is that currently im earning less

Pros: Currently i have less opportunities to get promotions

I use to deal with the performance management development system also paying bonuses to employees ,dealing with recruitment ,service condition . I have good relationship with another employees because I like to work with people .I have learn how deal with external and internal costumers and to my time doing my work.i enjoy to new things and fun jokes .when the government changing policies

Good learning

Good,excellent and managerialistic department

The aims and statement of the company is to make sure that the South African Starvation must not take too much space as a crisis. It is also set as a skill to make company proud for whole world and poverty change to wealth.

Pros: incentives benefits like medical aid and also permanent job availability
Cons: less personnel skills and one routine work
