I like to provide best customer service; I prefer identifying problems and workaround it to find best suitable ways to resolve it. I work according to Governance and Service Level Agreements. I check if my service is in line with the customer’s expectations and making adjustments where necessary. Prioritise work to meet urgent escalated queries. I work according to schedule and planning. Evaluate situations and determine the best methods to reach defined outcomes. Share experiences and knowledge of relevant work matters. Gather information and research to ensure delivery of results. Continually improve existing processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and performance. To deliver first time right service excellence.
