An excellent experience and learning curve

I have been extremely blessed to have worked for a company such as Afromix, although I worked for a small branch in Western Cape, I have gained a lot of experience in this field. Having a small office and just a handful of co-workers came with a bonus that it was easy to focus and get the job done in time. I enjoyed having met new people and having had the opportunity to learn about Afromix. My typical day at work consisted of occasional morning meetings, setting daily targets for important and urgent workload, focusing important clients and working on time management. There was no time for errors. I have learnt to pay extra attention to detail, being able to focus on more than one project at a time and that I am a very fast learner.

Pros: Great company to learn more about industrial mixers and the process
Cons: Not always being able to communicate directly with the main company branch

Great learning opertunity in different fields from tool room to press operating and NDT testing

On a typical workday i will call supplier's to find out when our orders are coming in and also working with invoices than i will checjk theand off load steel and check if its correct as per customer and bom sheet requirement than send it out to each department.. than do test certificates on steel and that do in process check and final inspection and file marked up drawings into QCP

Cons: No growth
