Good experience curve

quite good and the working atmosphere is fantastic. i did not meet any challenging aspects i failed to tackle. At this company i could not practice all my abilities therefore the learning curve was not to my exoectation. however i enjoyed all my duties, did each of them whole heartedly

I had an excellent learning curve especially with the boilers

working at both Windimill was a dream come true mie since i had the opportunity to express myself and explore the industrial path. the workmates were quite good however most of my activities where limited by financial

Pros: the projects done by this company were inline with what i understand and have pasion with there there was great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Finance was the problem due to economic hardships therefore could not implement all there proposals

Excellent learning curve

very innovative and has passion to work in boiler environment. i have experience in PF boilers, circulating fluidized bed combustors and shell boilers[john Thompson ]. my experience includes operation, design and maintenance. processing of coal for combustion and control of flue gasses. my skill extents to machining and welding, energy management and auditing

Pros: had an opportunity to be promoted
Cons: was working around semi skilled workers
