It has been a great learning experience being part of the company

On daily basis I have to make sure that I follow up on my emails receive from the clients and ensuring my tasks are completed such planning, fieldwork, reporting and finalizing for the audit engagement. Continuously engaging with my clients. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and communicate with them on a regularly basis when I need to clarify thing that I do not understand on a new area. I have learnt that I need to be a team player and communicate more with people that I work with and always respect the people you work with. I also learnt I need to do my work with integrity and pride. What I love the most about my job is learning about different process within the organization. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with difficult client that don't want to agree on issues identified during the audit engagement.

Passionate about HR, Learning and Development

The culture is very diverse and that is something that people feel comfortable with and I think it is a great company to work for. However it is not easy to grow as some of the things within the company are still slow

Pros: Culture very diversified and accepting of everyone
Cons: Growth not easy
