Communicating a lot with clients

I enjoy working in this company, as there is so much to learn. For example doing tenders, I never thought I would do tenders in my life. I love working with my colleagues, as we assist and share ideas among each other. I love working under pressure especially when we have projects with timelines. Travelling and starting a project in another province is so exciting. There is so much to learn more especially when working with clients.

Great working enviroment

Great company for technical people but not much experience and growth for developers

Great to work with the colleagues I have but the challenge I'm currently having is that there is no growth for me in the company and I'm slowly being turned from development to technical support which is not what I want for my career

Pros: They appreciate talent and professionalism
Cons: No opportunities for growth

This was a learning experience

I would say there is no typical day at work as all days were different. There are many changing aspects and I feel this maybe cause a little confusion because you don’t get the time to master your job. Employees are young and vibrant. The challenges are finding constant solutions and adapting to new demands on skills.

Webmaster and applications development role

Service Provider for Department of Sports, Recreation, Arts and Culture with Developing mobile device portal, the intranet also upgrading and maintaining their existing website, Assisting employees remotely with email issues and expiring of passwords and software for organisation purposes, updating the asset management application, updating the database for new application's data tables. Attend meetings for discussions of required applications. The position is Contract.
