Its a great company to work for, i have gained a lot of knowledge on how to manage big project and how to manage finances Relationship with workers is good, one has to know how to get around and find out who has what skills The most challenging aspect will be trying to implement new ideas to the employees on the floor

I have been gaining more experience at Afrit and I do appreciate to working with them

They don't care about their employees and there's no safety at all while you are working on the department and other thing is their salary it's too lowest but anyway I do appreciate to work at and I'm happy for service that I delivered

Excellent learning curve

I’m passionate about what I do I love learning new thing and meeting new people I have good communications skills I’m out-going and get along with everybody I work well in teams and by myself! I’m goal oriented I like setting myself goals I have learned so much at my previous companies and would love to be part of your team. I'm a quick learner I'm very willing to learn

Afrit Continuous Improvement Engineer

A typical day at work is filled with addressing any issues through implementing SOP's, training, checklists, layout optimization, gathering of quotes, problem solving (5W2H), KPI's and leading implementation through project management principles. Co-workers see me as a helping agent to analyze and propose sustainable solutions for improvement. I've learned about process and maintenance of compressors, filter press, Powder coating line, CNC machines Blasting and using KPI's to drive performance

Pros: Great opportunity to be exposed to different kinds of technologies

Problem solve

I am person that who can work with a fast pecy even work as a team and make sure my production it's delivering on time and quality,I have got 8 years in this field but still I'm hunger to learning more to improve my career.
