A typical work day will be to assist employees with their training needs. I have a good relationship work my co-workers I have learnt that the Manufacturing and Mining is a huge difference in culture. The most challenging aspect of my job is to get approval from Management.

Monday is the my typical day at work my relationship with the worked was good and i really enjoy their company i learned that learnig different languages make me be a better person. i enjoy typing meeting deadlines

AFRIT experience

Hard Working for AFRIT, but enjoy the challenges to learn more, and to qualify in my trade. I made friends with many co-workers and enjoy seeing them growing when I thought them the skills. Working SHIFTS is very challenging but part of the job ,so we get used to it. I enjoy people growing and supporting each other the most.

No opportunity to grow

Earning 6000 per month, with no benefits from The company, including long working hours, there is no chances of growth or promotions.

Very good

I am on a wheelchair I m still young I am good on my job I do it all my job on time I am a hard work ,good to people, always on time I enjoy working with people who like to work ,and I have a good relationship with my boss and works I like to learn new things everyday

Good company to learn new skills from

I enjoy working for this company as i am working with supporting colleagues who challenges me at times, i am working under a high pressure level that i am learning a lot from as production goes like a chain, the job that i do at my station some body will be waiting for it in the other department and they should not wait too long for the job as this may cause bottle necks in the whole company production. Any way i enjoy my trade

Working under pressure. Intensely discipline comapany. Well astablishished in the RSA as the biggest truck and trailer manufacturing Co. Great learning curve

Learned a lot through my tenure.Began with little knowledge but ended up handling bigger projects.

I couldn't interpret an engineering drawing but ended up having a certificate in introduction to draughting and willing to pursue a diploma in mechanical draughting.I also had little knowledge of power tools but ended up operating most of those and even maintaining them.Enjoyed interacting with other employees especially those who were not assemblers to learn more of the trades involved in manufacturing.My highlight was when I was always given a task I haven't done before and it gave me joy when I finally got the end product.

Pros: The experience was unlimited.
Cons: No growth and no opportunities.
