I need to work in a new environment.

My typical day at Afriline Civil is very busy especially on Mondays, Tuesdays and month ends. I assist the Senior staff with what ever they need my help in. m responsible for accurate capturing of the laborer and management hours worked. I have a good relationship with my co-workers but because I work with different characters and people. I sometimes have to be neutral and strict to maintain mutual respect among us. The construction/civil industry is not a easy industry to work in because I mostly work with man. I also learnt that the right way of communication and the right body language can take you far. The way I express myself and how someone else hears it are totally different that is why we also need to control our voice tone and face expressions according to the subject or topic at hand. I enjoy those moments when someone someone struggled with something for a long time and they ask for my help and I'm able to help. I also enjoyed being part of the team and part of the problem solvers.

Working as a team

a person who is involved in many different activities, I have developed excellent organisational skills to ensure that I plan and prioritize my time effectively. Clarity of purpose keeps me focused on activities which are important. This enables me to achieve maximum output in minimum time, as well as handle a number of activities simultaneously. I seek a challenging opportunity where I am able to utilise my skills and experiences gained as well as my superior financial and business skills, which will allow me to grow personally and professionally. I am self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a constructive team member.
