I perform various administrative tasks, including answering telephones and giving information to the public and customers. I am often the first employee that the public or customer has contact with. I am responsible for making a good first impression for the organization, which can affect the organization's success. I enjoy meeting new people and spreading the positive attitude. I have learnt to deal with different kinds of people, some arrogant, impatient and you just try maintain my positive self.

Learning opportunity

I have learnt so much since i have been here, from booking int VISAs to flight booking and organizing the Director's diaries, Multi tasking has become my thing. I work with everyone so practically i assist where i can, from medical booking when going on site to accommodation. Following up and making sure all is paid before any further arrangements. I enjoy working under pressure but mostly i enjoying getting things done, when done on time, i am impressed because most things to do with engineers when they on field, they depend on me, from what they will eat to where they will sleep and rent cars for them to use. Last minute details and accuracy, one needs to be very attentive to all, even smallest detail.

Pros: Admin manager
Cons: When emergency calls, i never mind putting in extra.
