In broad learning curve especially in dry powdered food manufacturing

: I used production measurement techniques such as input over output and OEE methods to measure productivity .I managed a team of operators and supervisor along with their respective teams ,covering the preparation and running of production batches from picking of raw material ,pre-weighing through blending, mixing ,packing and down packing ,pre packing , in box packing , palletizing dispatching and warehousing. I was ensuring optimal use of all resources so as to achieve production targets. I was ensuring that machinery were set according to product and packaging specification correct batch number and best before dates appeared on the packaging. . .

I have very good skill in management and Planning

Team player,able to handle pressure,result oriented,disciplined ambitious,innovative,attand to details and adapt to change.I have learn to control myself and motivate my team when they are perfoming.After the the motivation , we all enjoy the work because they understand me very well.
