EXCELLENT LEARNER

I have a very good relationship with my co workers and my bosses. I learnt how to deal with different people how to solve a matter ,how to stay happy and focus with the team I work with . I enjoy my work the people I work with my surrounding its so amazing to be part of African bank and to learn more to have the opportunities the company provide to its employees. The most challenging thing is when we don't have enough work and when the is work you know that the day is just going to be exciting and busy ,you won't be sleepy and bored because that's what happens when the is not much job .People get bored and just go around. I enjoy my work at African Bank it is very challenging and with much learning. My floor manager can be a very annoying person ,he can be very sarcastic at times and his in human and very racist.

Cons: 8am to 5 pm

Life at African Bank is great

I ensure day to day running of branches, which include all financial data and sales report and sales strategy being implemented, which also includes development of marketing plans and actioning of said plans. I balance both the P&L statements together with the management of branches that span from Johannesburg and the free state. my yearly sales budget exceeds R400million per annum in loan sales and I manage several products which include. Investments, Insurance and transactional sales.

Pros: I am very sucessfull at what i do.
Cons: No consistency in branches

Communication skills ,customer service ,telephone etiquette and sales

I’m an ambitious young woman who has gained experience in a call center,customer service,account queries and being decisive as well as computer literate, I am willing to learn from my colleagues and am a team player.

Pros: Learning differences between my clients and knowing them

I am a top cunsultant nation wide at african bank

i have been a top consultant of the year nationwide at african bank for 5 cosecutive years, i worked as a assistant branch manager when the manager is not around,been a consultant is a nice thing have ever experince because you work with different peoples all time and i am reaching turgert every month

Pros: we are promoting credit card and loans as well as insurance
Cons: we are working from 8 till 5

Didnt know anything but had a lot of experience

I can capture loan applications,update and maintaining clients information.collecting on overdue loans and credit cards.advising and educating clients on how to manage their accounts.resolve queries and escalating to relevant departments.2ic duties if supervised not present.general office work.

Pros: great place to work at

Include things like: there is not typical work day good relationship with co-workers many things i have learnt we will enjoy most of the time work is most challenging aspects

Working as a team and respect each other. Self development

I enjoy working with my team. We always support each other at all times. We work as a team so that we achieve the target for the branch although its quite challenging because each of us we have to make R1m a month. I enjoy working with clients all times. I learned to value my collegues and work together as a team. To work hard tilli get what i want before the deadline

Experience and excellent learning curve

I am studying MDCOMP management development program in compliance NQF6 with Unisa- I would like to have a hands on experience in compliance holistically and I am available immidetly.
