Great Opportunity for growth. From sales floor to head office levels
I have been with African Sales Company(Asco) for almost a year and I have grown so much from the experience and pressure I have received from them. I have learned how to be responsible for my stock(my brands),my targets,house keeping and most importantly giving feedback back to my company and superiors on my sales in order to qualify for my commission. The reason I am applying for this position is because I am ready for a new challenge and growth. I feel that I am now matured to take on a new industry and achieve new goals.

Excellent lerning curve
- you own your Job - people were more friendly and very helpful in all areas of work -I have lean to take responsibility of my work at all times and not to affect others by not completing my work on time. Also I have improve my excel skills. -I have enjoyed being independent. -Most challenging aspect was pick season whereby you have to submit all customs duties for declaration.
Pros: There was limited oportunity for growth - no competion with your pees

Excellent learning curve
I'm a well spoken and responsible lass. I'm punctual , trustworthy and reliable. I communicate well with both my peers and clients. My most challenging aspects of my job is to approach clients who are not used to using the products I see but I manage to convince 90% of them. I enjoy meeting new people , conversing with others in various topics. Learning new things about different people everyday.
Pros: Great communication skills, leadership qualities, the ability to motivate others.
Cons: I work long retail hours at the moment, stand constantly

Excellent learning curve and opportunities
The company doesn't have good opportunities for promoters , promoters focus on promoting, so I want a company were I'll grow as an individual and be able to take another opportunities in the sector

Great learning experience
We had a good working relationship with my colleagues. It was a performance based culture. I love working with numbers. The challenge is getting people to pay on time

Excellent experience gaining
I work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday My work focus on moving stock to pickface so pickers can be able to pick in time rather than them coming to pull stock for themselves so this means that they can get stock in time through me. What I enjoy most about my job is that it's not pressurising it's simple and it doesn't end whereby you can find me sitting without doing any work cause replening never end its an on going thing. The challenges I get most it's in pick season cause I work with make up so sometimes it's hard to find certain stock especially when it's small quantities, that is challenging because the job I am doing it was done by three people now I am alone but so far I can manage

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day will begin with a bit of housekeeping because cleanliness is key. Planning my tasks for the rest of the day. I'm friendly and easy to relate to , this makes it easier to communicate with co-workers. I've learned how to deal with disagreements in a dignified manner. I enjoy meeting new people. I don't think that there is any challenges in this position as I am able to find solutions to every challenge put forth to me.

Excellent learning curve
Good learning environment , great opportunities and the best team working environment. Working without supervision and being able to handle deadlines and work under extreme pressure. Learning to take charge of your daily duties, communicating with clients and giving feedback within a time frame of 24 hours.
