EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
At my work,we supply payment systems(credit card machine) and business solutions.within the duration that i have served the company. it has been a learning curve for me.having to work for a banking industry with out any experience. i honour them for giving me the opportunity to grow and find what i love the most.i work at such an exiting enviroment,surrounded by my age group mostly.the most challenging aspects is quality,timing and quantity .i have learned to respect these aspects because the business depends on them.

Great learning curve
Enjoyed working with a relaxed department although the other structures are not to what I expected. Had a great working relationship with my manager and co-workers. I learned how to be independent and head my own small team.

African Resonance has thought me a lot of valuable skills
TecAnd I'm currently registered with Damelin for Diploma in Logistics, which is also customer service orientated. African Resonance has thought me a lot of valuable skills such as Team skills, Technical skills I've done a lot of job rotation within the production department & that thought me team skills & technical skills. I would like to study further and obtain a diploma in the logistics industry
i am a hardworking person who like to complete things on time and making sure that no are no errors in what i do , i work well with my co -workers and respect them..i have learned that one mind is greater than 1 and working as a team sharing ideas there's a lot that can be completed, i enjoy my work especially dispatching,the most challenging part its to deal with angry customers.

A stepping stone
There is a lot of learning opportunities in the POS industry as technology advances on a daily. Sadly there is no further traonong or proper training opportunities for employees at the vompany. One relays on "on yhe job training ' aspects. For a person who does not like not knowing what they doing I find it quite challenging, although it has helped to outsource information on the product. Whne you are a help desk agent product knowledge is very important.

An eye opening expirience
one wouldn't know where to start, but there is no appreciation or respect for staff, staff is undervalued and staff opinions do not matter, there is little or no opportunities for growth, no employee benefits, unhealthy relationship between management and employees, employees are rewarded for service and not on merit, conventional labour practice is not followed.

High Paced Call Centre
Typical day starts off with everyone at the coffee station getting their daily fix before logging into their systems. We deal with different bank so everyday it’s always something new and ever bank has its own rules and protocols. But with that’s, having the colleagues that I have that have made it easiest or rather more pleasant for you to work there.
Pros: Great, colleagues, free lunch
Cons: Shift work, not much room for growth unless you’re a favorite.

Excellent learning curve
My company offers payment systems ans business solution. I work in a production department that consists of 3 divisions , logistics,configuration and Quality control.i have learnt 3 Important aspects. Quality,Quantity and how how to manage time.i enjoy the trainings that the company send us to.to be honest nothing has been challenging.its just that you have to be accurate all the time because when you send parcels to wrong addresses that may cost the company.

Good working environment
I learn a lot from my colleagues and the encourage me to be a better employee everyday. I likethe fact that the environment is dynamic and there is always something different to learnt. My relationship with my co-workers is very healthy and is always improving

Cons: No benefits such as medical aid and pension fund. The pay is quite low and the communication from the top managers and employees is little
