Nice start in industry,small groth as an indivudual

Day to day work is mostly the same every day, most challanging is the time period you are given to proceed with you daily tasks. Loading of new claims,actioning claim and also negotiating of the possible settlement and then finally the closure of claim. We do insured and uninsured claim as well as tecovery and liability claim per adcisor. Average working enviroment and easy to get along with most of the co-workers

Pros: Relaxed working enviroment
Cons: Overloaded with work for the numer of employee. No growth in company to higher opsition beyond senior advisor.

Excellent learning curve

Great people, work environment not so good... Learning alot at the company but need to fight for your salary every month because there is jot enough work for everyone and there is targets to meet

Pros: Great people to work with
Cons: Less oppertunity for growth, lower salaries and less formal training
