Great

The This company is still developing and is got lot of misunderstanding in terms of service board I think they need to set a new structure or reshuffle as there's a lot of confusion. But if they considered that in future it will grow and become a successful insurance company in Souyh Aftics.I have taught myself too many things in previous companies that it seems to be difficult for me to adjust with them.

Pros: Very slow in grouth

Interesting challenge to be breaking way for the company.

The company is new and it is our duty to introduce it to the market and it is well received by the masses of our people.as a new company or people are still hesitant in trusting the company and understandably so as we are dealing with money. But the job is interesting though challenging at time but there is a great opportunity to grow with the company as it is only starting.

Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth
Cons: Difficult to have everyone understands the company as it is new and we are building everything from the scratch.

Excellent learning curve

It's a good company to be part of, you need to be able to interact with clients and also have a selling skill to be able to close up a sell . Confidence is the key and also good communication skills is very much vital. Above all it is a growing company with great opportunities to grow and have a great career path

Best work experience

Company needs more advertising. This makes it difficult for financial advisors to sell the product. The company need to be seen because people buy what they see

Excellent learning curve

-cold calling, activations and canvassing. There is a lot of team work, the support is not so accurate.. there is potential for growth but that may take a while. They give training in the begin of employment and the is on going operations discussions that are held from time to time for efficiency. When we are working. Regular weekly meetings in teams..
