Recruitment and Selection

What I can say about my job is that I have a passion for it especially when I have to close a deal with a client. Just on my work day come in to the office and do a business development and a daily routine of checking whether my temps did pitch for work. The most challenging and exciting as well is to convince a candidate to take a position that you marketed her/him for. Or to give a bad news to a candidate that he/she did not get the job, it is one of the most challenging part.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: Long hours when there is a need
