Excellent learning curve

for me a typical work day is meeting the daily deadlines and being able to get my work done well and attentively. learning new things and being able to participate within a team.i enjoy problem solving.having to type more than 20 pages within few hours of given time. learning how tenders work and drawing up required papers to give out,being able to support in purchasing departments with all orders. I am young and vibrant so i have good relationship with my co-workers and a good team player. the challenges i would meet at workplace would be problem solving, which is what a team requires for ice braking. typing is not hard but having to type the whole day strains your hands so it needs a technique. learning how to deal with purchases would be fun as most of the time i used to deal will selling, that is a good learning area.

Community Consultation, Basic Political support to Local Politicians, Correspondence

The current place of employment is not a space for growth for a young individual. As a worker, you are surrounded with a lot of influence but very secretive. Unfair recruitment systems are still a big part of the environment. Hence all the challenges, the organization strives to be at its best by rendering a service to the wider community and try their best to find solutions to make communities a better place for all.

Duties: ? Administrator ? Secretary ? Created Portfolio book for the MLP since May 2003 till Current ? Providing basic information to the community ? Filing of day to day case works ? Manage & Control the Office, Emailing & Faxing ? Responsible for arranging and conducting Co-ordination of Community based Projects ? Communicating and Solving of Day to Day issues with the Community ? Established record of implementing and developing solutions to multidimensional complex operational problems ? Created and maintained contact with several cultural, civic and community organizations. ? Recruited Volunteers from the community as trainees and demonstrated telephonic skills, good grooming and accurate procedures for applying.

Excellent learning carve

I have good working relationships with my co-workers from different levels, i enjoy working for my current organization/ company. i have lean so much about admin work i.e. how to do filling , data capturing, organising, time management the list go on, I am great-full for that. The reason why I want to leave my current job is that I want to grow, I want new challenge.

Is a good working place, but i would like to move due to lack opportunity of growth. i have good relationship with my co-workers e get along in a nice way, we understand the different between work and personal issues.

Excellent learning journey

I have learnt to work within different departments in large groups I have also mastered the skill of deadlines The challenging aspect is there are no compensation means fro overtime and acting allowances as I had acting on the current post since 2014 I have an great relationship with my co workers, we support each other I enjoy the travelling aspect that comes with the job and meeting different people I have learnt to push my self and go an extra mile at what I do.

Pros: little chances for growth, great study opportunities
Cons: Long working hours sometimes around the clock
