Calling on vehicle dealers/partners daily converting insurance quotations into insurance policies Reaching daily, weekly and monthly targets Managing own sales team motivating team members daily assisting clients, team members and partners with queries attending to e-mails and admin queries I enjoy working with different clients and partners. I also enjoy training team members, advising and coaching seeing team members excel sales are extremely inconsistent which influence commission
