Excellent learning curve

I worked with highly flammable chemicals which required a lot of concentration to manufacture explosive, Explosives which were highly dangerous. I ran a PETN manufacturing process, whereby highly concentrated chemicals had to be put or mixed together at a very high temperatures to can solidify necessary bonds. I had to manage all the processes whereby at first stage safety ans health conciousness would be more crucial than any other thing. And on the other plant quality and health would be a priority. Packaging and labelling of batches was essential for production management.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: long working hours with concentration

Was a stepping stone

Working at AEL has definitely been a learning curve. Although development is talked about but some areas are still stagnant when it comes to that. The outcomes are not as promising. It is a well controlled organisation with good management that follow rules but the big gap in salary/wages has always also been a cause of concern cause duties are not that far apart. Our plants run 24/7 weekend overtime friendly co-workers an overall healthy environment. Theirs a lot I have learned in the seven year experience and self discipline time keeping, adhering to safety rules and regulations and upholding company standards

Pros: Good working environment
Cons: Limited development
