Africa Sunoil Refineries Reviews

Stepping stone

There is soo much to learn and gain as your job title is jot stipulated they expect you do what it asked of you. Also if you wish to change your department your more than welcome to. This is rare and hard to come by. Everyday is a busy one with paying of creditor's and collecting of rental payments to handing the director all his bank account balances to see were we need to do more . It gets a bit hectic at month end wen all our vat payments are due but we always make our deadline. The environment here is such that if your on break you could go on talking about everything i guess everyone is my college here. The most enjoyable is having a new task given and completing. I sometimes struggle with trying to get our director to understand a situation but thats just him. Overall there's much learned and taught here.

Pros: Low salary
Cons: No weekends

A good bad environment

Africa Sunoil is a fast paced robust environment that allows and individual to mature and take on multiple tasks and fulfill them to the best of their ability.a typical work day consists of many new challenges and shooting in order to ensure the best quality and quantity output. My coworkers are good team players. The most important thing I have learnt at Africa Sunoil is accountability and responsibility. I enjoy the daily tasks, it's never a dull day. The ever changing management lacks communication skills and poor reporting structure.

Pros: Market related salary
Cons: Poor communications and lack of promotions. Abilities are not recognized and appreciated
