Good intersonal , negotiations , analysis and problem solving skills.

a day when our bus service was delaying and clients were complaining . we had to ensure we go an extra mile showing empathy and care then ensure we work together as team reaching out to them as ensuring we keep communications going till our bus arrived as to try take their minds off the worry of a matter at hand and keep them smiling and understanding what was beyond our control and ensure to have maintained a good relationship for loyal customers. i learnt communicating warm team equals happy clients . i enjoyed seeing to taking responsibility to maintain a full customer satisfaction that keeps a healthy relationship of both a brand and client. Having to try and ensure to reach out for communication where it lacked in cycles.

I learn from everyone around me everyday

I am always willing to coach others and i often make myself available to demonstrate my learning to the team around me. I am extremely well mannered, often treating people with dignity and respect they deserve. As a result, people feel they can approach me about any problems they may have I treat every suggestion or request equally. Trustworthiness is one of my key traits and i create an environment of open communication between my colleagues. I often share the achievements of projects with the team. I am very humble and down to earth person. I approach conflict logically and rationally, often not letting emotions of others to cloud my judgement. When the team have an issue, i identify and resolve the problem quickly and easily. I have no problem getting along with everyone in the organisation, no matter what their position is.

Pros: Working in teams increases collaboration and allows brainstorming. As a result, more ideas are developed and productivity improves. Two or more people are always better than one for solving problems, finishing off difficult tasks and increasing creativity. ... Teamwork encourages communication between team members
Cons: Working overtime and night shift without payments,not having staff transport when you knock of at 10pm

Great for networking and understanding different types of people

During my employment there I had a great experience of meeting alot of people that are totally different but it gave me the ability to learn how to deal with people and also gave me an inside on how to deal with customers, their needs and also frustration. I had learned the most important aspect in all businesses, customer service and communication skills.

Love working with people and learn new things

sit working at Apm was nice nice end I enjoyed working there. The management was nice but struck at some time , had no e colleagues and we understood each other very much. I learned alot in that company, leanerd ither tribe language Metalot of people almost every day in e and difficult clients but they made strong giving me words of advice and how to control difficult situations that I might be facing at some point. The mos challenging situations was dealing with breakdowns and clients will be fuming and throwing tantrums on me or my coworkers

Communications skills improvements, good team work

Working at Africa People Mover is great not only do we provide superior services but we also ensure that our customers are happy at all time. I love that it is okay to communicate directly with your employers if you have concerns and they also reach out to each and every employee personally from time to time. The co-workers are friendly towards each other and team work is important to each and everyone. The industry is competitive and requires one to always pay attention to seasonal trends.

Job educate and improve lives

The most fun things at my workplace is the joy that I see on the customer wen they get inside the bus its priceless ,I love and enjoy people praises our bus in a good manner that and the service that we render to them. The love that we have with my co- workers is beyond workplace the way we are close to each other which makes us work together in peace.

Cons: No pay for sunday, overtime

Experience is a best teacher

There's opportunity for growth but too much favourite and unfair selection, otherwisethe Executive is good and working closely with them is a great experience. I have worked very closely with the Chief Operating officer and he hast taught me a lot in the operationsame department. He has relied on me to sort out everything for him, I was like his pa. I have a promotion in the company. Apm is a great company but very unstable and has a bad financial planning.

Learning curve

I came in the morning and make my rounds, by greeting everyone based at the head office. I get to my desk and start looking at my emails and reply to the emails before I start on my to do list for the day. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I can relate can to everyone and the people entrust me with conversations we have. I have learnt to keep to keep to myself and I enjoyed the recruitment process.

Excellent learning curve

I started working at Africa People Mover from May 2016. I have good relationship with my colleagues and my Manager. We are sharing ideas to develop new strategies to improve our work and meet our deadline on time. I have gained lot of experience since last year. My daily duties are as follows. Capturing and generating invoices on pastel Processing payments using Standard , Nedbank and Absa bank Processing monthly journals and accruals Monthly recons Bank imports on a weekly basis Handling supplier queries Petty cash Matching payment with the invoices

Pros: There is a potential growth.
Cons: working long hours
