I see it as a calibration to my mental capabilities.My motivation, determination and devotion are driven by the fear of being average. Therefore, I make it my mission to strive and see my projects through completion within allocated time and budget. It is my believe that under actual given circumstances, if it can be proven that an individual is motivated and competent to perform the work, it will be realized that the particular individual has the required skills, academics and experience to do the work. One always has to start somewhere.

Excellent curve

My name is Mduduzi Simelane I would like to apply for the vacant position posted or any vacancy that I will be suitable for in your organization. I’m applying for the position because I believe I have the right knowledge, skills, competencies and abilities plus this position will provide me with learning and work experience to build myself and be a great asset to the company. I’m a fast learner, hard worker and very competent, loyal and trustworthy. I’m a Management graduate and recently completed studying my post graduate studies at the University of Johannesburg under the faculty of Engineering in the department of Engineering and built environment pursuing a degree in Management Services.

Excellent experience in becoming a hard working man who provides for his family

Lots of people who are friendly in the mornings . Starting your day off with lots of hard work ahead thus the day going quickly. Doing my deliverers to my customers twice a day. Being done by 4 pm with all my work.

Pros: Good steady income
Cons: Not a lot of opportunity to grow within the company

Excellent learning curve

I am a hard working individual who has a strong character. I work well under pressure, I have acquired all my experiences through hard work and determination. I can work in a team and solely if required to. I have excellent computer skills, communication skills, leadership, interpersonal. I am open to everyone who needs my assistance, the most challenging aspect is to work with a team that does not communicate or work together.

Pros: I am the best in all that I do
Cons: I can work overtimes if I am asked to.

Multi-skilled with the ability to plan and manage any task given whilst maintaining and developing a balanced and long term relationship with customers as well as employees. I have good team spirit; deadlines orientated and have the ability to succeed in the sales and franchise environment.
