Great learning curve

i got all the instructions of what needed to be done from my senior line manager after that i draft my work and start splitting my teams but first i look at the most critical path of the job . then before we do anything i try by all means to remind them the importance of their health and safety rules and regulations. it's nice to work with them because they listen careful to what i presented to them before the start of the project and we understand each other even though there are some misunderstanding but we try by all means to fix them and get the job done . most challenge is when you have to work under pressure because of someones fault ,and you felt that if he/she shared the information from the start you could have done something to prevent it.

Pros: there were no chances of getting the employment
Cons: it was normal just like other companies 9 hours a day
