Its challenging but get to learn new things

Its challenging but enjoyable at the same time because you get to learn different new thing and you also interact with different people which also helps in learning in the industry. Working with different people as also challenging as it is but its good though it has its own ups and downs. So far I have learnt to work independently, and face the challenges as they come and also learnt to make decisions that I believe are at the best interest of the company by making sure that whatever the company delivers to the customers is the best Quality which the customer will be happy to receive. The most challenging is when you have to make decisions, for an example when the feed is not of good quality and someone else wants it delivered to the customer stating that its wont be a big problem and the customer will not notice, then its when someone needs to take a stand not minding who says what but make sure that the right procedure is being followed for the best interest of the company.

Pros: its every employees responsibility to market the company in a positive manner
Cons: the hours are long

Great learning and experience jump

• I assist the project engineer with executing CAPEX projects. • I generate; ? the scope of work. ? process flows. ? Control philosophies. ? Project schedules. ? Designing (AutoCAD + SolidWorks). ? Improving designs. ? Commissioning ? Budgets/purchase orders ? Project handovers.? Inspections for installations on new or refurbished equipment. • I work alongside the group engineer developing management strategies, which are; ? OEE refining. ? Monitoring and striking RCFAs for critical failing equipment. ? Reliability centered maintenance (improvements). ? Running maintenance index (indicators). ? Boiler efficiency management. ? Energy management strategies. ? Bottleneck reductions and line improvements. • The software(s) (GUIs) that I primarily work with are as follows; ? FIIX (CMMS), ? FLOW, ? POWERSTAR, ? HISTORIAN, ? EXCEL, ? SolidWorks, ? AutoCAD. • Manage SIMS (structural integrity management system) projects throughout all AFGRI plants.

Pros: Great exposure to the engineering profession, great coleagues and an enjoyable environment

Excellent

I am a very dedicated worker who meet target. I can work very well with my co-workers and can work well as a team worker.I am a young lady who is not afraid to meet challenges During my working experience I enjoyed solving problems and coming up with solutions and new innovation ideas to improve quality in the company.The mist challenging part I have come across in my work is when I have to write a warning to someone older than me.

Excellent learning

Haccp ,iso standards, Health and safety compliance with measures put in place for induction of new employees,using pallet press and extruder for production of feeds, world class in technology.

Hard working and excellent and very passinate

I am a kind of guy that anyone can like to with,friendly to my co workers.I leaned that at work you must respect each other take each other like brothers and sisters.i enjoy the most if my boss or my manager to give me respect as i give him or her respect.The most challenging aspect as that to come to work where your co workers are rude to you or your manager dont communicate nice with you

Production of monogastric animal feeds.

Aas head of production a am overseeing production,planning, quality performance, ect. I pride clear communication and posotive feedback to my employees. I performbwell under thrive under presure and stay calm during crisis management.

Pros: Interaction with technical sakes advisors supporting customer requierments
Cons: 24 / 7 commitment, no additional perks like medical aid contribution, pensionfund or travel / phone alliwance

Great experience about animal nutrition

Efficient production flow including quality while still in the process until finished product . Blessed with hard working and good employees easy to mix with and understanding line managers.

Pros: not easily elevated to top management

I am doing a mechanical graduate program and my superiors have been very helpful in terms of exposure and knowledge. I am always exposed to high and low-level engineering every day.
